W. Kash Stilz, Jr. is a founding member of the firm. Kash has extensive experience litigating cases in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury, labor and employment law, workers' compensation, and social security claims.

Kash is a graduate of the Salmon P. Chase College of Law. While in law school he was active on the Moot Court Board serving as Chief Justice. Prior to law school Kash attended the University of Kentucky, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Kash has committed his legal practice to providing representation to individuals who may not or do not have the resources of the government, the insurance industry or big business. He has also advised various businesses in the area of employment law to help them avoid illegally firing or otherwise adversely affecting an individuals employment rights.

Kash is active in several legal organizations and licensed to practice law before all state courts in Kentucky and Ohio, and the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the Southern District of Ohio and the United States Supreme Court.
