KASH STILZ: If you're charged with a drug crime, you're either going to be charged with a misdemeanor or felony, depending upon the amount of drugs involved.

PETER ROULSH: Drug crimes are complex. When it comes to possession of paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance, or trafficking, we've had extensive experience in dealing with all three types of those cases.

KASH STILZ: Whether or not it's trafficking or possession, obviously the penalties are different with each. But each crime depends upon the amount of drug that's involved. The first stage in evaluating these cases is the client interview. After that, it's contacting the prosecutor, police agency, getting information you can gather from those agencies. In many cases, evidence is not gathered properly. Or your constitutional rights have been violated, in which case evidence can be suppressed.

PETER ROULSH: I have had past experience as a prosecutor in Kentucky. My experiences have included prosecuting all types of criminal action. Pick up the phone. It's a free consultation. Let our firm help guide you through the legal issues that are presented before you.
