KASH STILZ: Most folks don't know that they have rights in their workplace. And those folks that do know that they have rights in the workplace don't know what those rights are. There are certain small areas where your employer cannot go when they're dealing with their workers. If it's based upon gender, if it's based upon race, if it's based upon religious beliefs, have you blown the whistle on your employer? Those are all areas where your employer cannot take any action against you. In other words, you cannot be fired. You can't be demoted. They can't transfer you to Antarctica.
